Description
The Teensy 4.1 NE with Heatsink is the standard Teensy 4.1 NE (No Ethernet) with the pins soldered on and a black anodized aluminum heatsink applied to the CPU.
Package Includes:
- Teensy 4.1 configured as outlined below
- Handy pinout diagram
The following changes are made to the the base Teensy 4.1 NE product:
- Standard 24-pin gold headers are soldered on and flux cleaned
- Assmann V2019B Heatsink is applied using T-Global Technology TG-T1000 thermal tape
The heatsink can be used to allow for overclocking of the Teensy 4.1 NE or to improve cooling when used at the nominal 600MHz clock rate. Airflow across the heatsink improves the power dissipation. More information on the thermal performance of the heatsink relative to CPU cooling can be found on the heatsink page:
Something to keep in mind is that the heatsink adds 18mm (0.70″) to the height of the Teensy 4.1 NE module.
For full details on the Teensy 4.1, please refer to the base Teensy 4.1 Product Page.
