We accept credit card, debit card and PayPal for payment only.
We ship only within the USA at this time.
Orders usually ship within 1 business day after placement of order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Most orders ship via UPS and shipments can be tracked through the UPS website. Small orders may ship via USPS Priority mail and tracking information will be provided.
We can only accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. All returns are credited as store credit upon receipt. Please contact us before returning any items.
Product are sold on an 'As-Is' basis.
With that legalize stated, we strive to fairly represent products on our website and to deliver that product to our customers. In the case where ProtoSupplies.com clearly drops the ball, we will use our discretion to make it right for our customer.
In the case of ProtoSupplies.com manufactured products, we do warrant that they will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of delivery to you. We will replace, repair or credit you for any confirmed defective product at our option. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any issues.
In the case of Products not manufactured by ProtoSupplies.com that have manufacturer warranties, those are passed through to the customer to the extent allowed by the law.
Any warranty will not apply if product fails or is damaged after delivery due to accident, abuse or misuse.
In an attempt to provide increased value for our customers, we may provide links to third-party websites which have additional information related to the subject at hand that we think may be useful. We do not use click-bait or affiliated links. Since we have not control over those linked websites, if you use them you do so at your own risk.
Electricity and some components and tools used in electronics are inherently dangerous. Your safety is your own responsibility, including proper use of equipment and safety gear and determining if you have adequate skill and experience for the project that you are undertaking.
