This PCB ruler is 6 inches long with gold flash plating. It is made of .062″ thick FR-4 with black solder resist and has various SMD footprints and wire gauge holes for quick reference.

Though you can measure stuff with it, it’s main claim-to-fame is that it has various SMD footprints that help you to determine the size or lead spacing of components such as determining if a resistor is an 0603 or 0805 package.
It also has some drill holes for determining the approximate gauge of wire or small drill bits. It has PCB trace width examples which can be a handy reference if you ever layout circuit boards or are trying to determine how big the traces are on a board you have.
Buy it because it will look cool on your desk, not because you need a 6″ ruler.
