These are high quality 8 x 12cm anti-static resealable bags that provide protection from electrostatic damage.

KEY FEATURES OF ANTISTATIC RESEALABLE  BAG 8 X 12CM:

These bags are made of tough Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and have a silvery metallized conductive film layer that is semi-transparent.  The bags provide complete electrostatic protection and being made of a tough material, they provide some amount of mechanical protection as well.

The bags have an outside dimension of 8 x 12cm (3.15 x 4.7″) with a usable inside dimension of approximately 7 x 10cm (2.75 x 3.9″).   These are smaller bags suitable for smaller items such as DIP ICs, semiconductors or small modules.  See pic with DIP-16 IC for size reference.
