These are high quality 6 x 9cm anti-static resealable bags that provide protection from electrostatic damage.

KEY FEATURES OF ANTISTATIC RESEALABLE BAG 6 x 9CM:
These bags are made of tough Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and have a silvery metallized conductive film layer that is semi-transparent. The bags provide complete electrostatic protection and being made of a tough material, they provide some amount of mechanical protection as well.
The bags have an outside dimension of 6 x 9cm (2.4 x 3.5″) with a usable inside dimension of approximately 5 x 7cm (2 x 2.75″). These are small bags suitable for smaller items such as DIP ICs or semiconductors. See pic with DIP-16 IC for size reference.
